These Terms apply to all users of the site, including visitors, customers, vendors, and partners. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately discontinue your use of our Website and services.

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence, or that you have given us your consent to allow your minor dependents to use this site under direct parental or guardian supervision.

You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to access and make personal, educational, or commercial procurement use of this Website in accordance with applicable laws.

Cubent Robotics provides competition-grade combat robotics platforms (including BotKit series kits and chassis), robotics subsystems, motor drivers, ESCs, remote telemetry modules, and custom 3D printing and on-demand fabrication services.

High-Performance & Experimental Hardware: Combat robotics components, high-amperage brushless motors, and high-discharge LiPo battery systems operate under extreme electrical and kinetic loads. You acknowledge that deploying such hardware requires technical competence and strict compliance with safety containment guidelines.

3D Printing Services: For on-demand 3D printing orders, output quality and dimensional fidelity depend on the 3D models (STL/STEP/OBJ) provided. Cubent Robotics reserves the right to decline print requests that are geometrically unfeasible, hazardous, or infringe on known proprietary designs.

• All prices on the Website are stated in Indian National Rupees (INR / ₹) and are subject to applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) as specified during checkout.
• Orders and payment processing are facilitated securely via Shopify and certified Indian payment gateways (supporting UPI, Credit/Debit cards, Net Banking, and digital wallets). Cubent Robotics does not retain credit/debit card numbers on its servers.
• Placement of an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order confirmation email indicates receipt of your request, but does not constitute automatic binding acceptance.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities, decline, or cancel orders due to inventory inaccuracies, unauthorized promo codes, or suspected fraudulent activity. If your order is cancelled after payment capture, a complete refund will be issued.

We deliver physical hardware, kits, and manufactured components across serviceable pin codes in India through trusted domestic logistics partners.

• Dispatch Timelines: Standard in-stock hardware and modular kits typically ship within 1–3 business days. Custom-machined parts, bespoke combat chassis, and large 3D print runs require custom fabrication lead times communicated prior to production.
• Estimated Delivery: Typical transit times across India range from 3–7 business days following dispatch, depending on courier accessibility and regional logistical factors.
• Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon hand-off to the shipping carrier. We provide tracking information for all dispatches.
• Delivery Address: Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery addresses and contact phone numbers. Re-shipping fees resulting from incorrect recipient details will be billed to the customer.

All materials published on this Website — including but not limited to brand marks, logos, product names, text, graphics, CAD illustrations, software code, schematic diagrams, photographs, and user interface elements — are the exclusive property of Cubent Robotics or its licensors and are protected under Indian and international intellectual property laws.

You may not modify, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, license, or create derivative works from any Website content or proprietary hardware schematics without prior written consent from Cubent Robotics.

Customer-Submitted Designs: When you provide CAD files, 3D models, or drawings for 3D printing or prototyping, you retain ownership of your intellectual property. By uploading files, you grant Cubent Robotics a non-exclusive license solely for the purpose of fabricating and delivering your requested order. You warrant that you own or possess valid licensing rights to all submitted designs.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Cubent Robotics, its founders, directors, employees, contractors, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages — including loss of profits, tournament disqualifications, business interruption, or equipment failure.

In all cases, Cubent Robotics' cumulative aggregate liability arising from any order or claim shall be strictly limited to the amount actually paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

These Terms of Service and any transactional agreements whereby we supply goods or services shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.

Any disputes, controversies, or legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms, our Website, or products sold by Cubent Robotics shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Ernakulam / Kochi, Kerala, India.
